PreNatal Fitness Coaching

Pregnancy is life-changing and so is how you move through it. Stay strong, reduce pain, and feel more prepared for labour and recovery with movement that adapts to your body’s changing needs.

Includes:

  • Strength training for each trimester

  • Mobility and breathing techniques

If you’re experiencing back or pelvic pain, or have concerns like Diastasis Recti, this one-on-one session is designed to assess your current mobility and provide a clear plan for a pain-free, active pregnancy — and a stronger delivery.

This session is a 1-hour private session.

PreNatal Private Training session: $85 /hour

Want to stay active, relieve discomfort, or just move more during pregnancy? We’ll tailor each session to your needs—from gentle movement and mobility to heavy lifting and strength training. Whatever your comfort level and preference, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Postnatal Assessment & Goal-Setting Session: $85 /hour

We start with a full-body movement screen and assess for Diastasis Recti and deep core muscle activation. We’ll identify areas of discomfort, introduce corrective exercises, and discuss your goals to create a clear plan for moving forward safely and effectively.

This session is a 1-hour private session.

Postnatal/Deep Core Rehab: $85 /hour

These one-on-one sessions focus on restoring function and comfort through targeted movement. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic pain, back pain, or unwanted leaking, we’ll use evidence-based exercises and education to guide your healing and strength journey, both in-person and at home.

1:1 COACHING: $85 /hour

Work directly with Danielle in a private session focused on your individual goals—whether that’s strength, mobility, injury prevention, or building confidence in your movements.

Group Workouts: $25-$40 /hour

Train in a supportive, community-focused environment. These workouts are ideal if you want accountability and motivation alongside others with similar goals. Options available for women’s strength training, beginner lifting, and functional movement classes.
