Yes. While STRONGMOM Coaching was founded to support women—especially through pre- and post-natal stages—we welcome everyone.
If you’re experiencing pelvic pain, hernias, back discomfort, or just want to improve your strength and health, you’re in the right place. We also offer mixed-gender group sessions throughout the year.

Almost everything is safe during pregnancy (besides extreme sports like deep-sea diving or horseback jumping).
If you were active before pregnancy, most activities can be continued. If you’re experiencing discomfort, starting something new, or want expert guidance, we’re here to help.
We specialize in pregnancy-safe movement to keep you strong, mobile, and confident as your body changes.
-
You can begin gentle movement like belly breathing and walking as soon as the day after delivery.
More intense activity—like lifting or cardio—can often be reintroduced around weeks 6–10, depending on your delivery and how you feel. The key is listening to your body.
Watch for pain or bleeding, stay hydrated, and reach out if you need personalized guidance.
-
Absolutely. Postnatal recovery doesn’t have an expiration date. Whether you’re a few months or a few years out, we can help you assess your core, address lingering discomforts, and build a program that supports your goals now.

-
Every pregnancy causes separation in the abdominal muscles (Diastasis Recti). We assess for this and provide targeted exercises to support your core, pelvic alignment, and lower back. If symptoms indicate deeper pelvic floor dysfunction, we’ll connect you with a trusted pelvic floor physio.
Leaking, pain, or discomfort is common—but not normal—and you don’t have to just live with it.
-
Leaking during movement is a sign of core or pelvic floor dysfunction—not something you have to accept.
We can help assess the cause and create a plan to reduce or eliminate symptoms. If needed, we’ll collaborate with a pelvic floor specialist to make sure you’re fully supported.
-
Start by reaching out. We’ll chat about your current lifestyle, goals, and any concerns you have. From there, we’ll create a plan that fits your schedule, preferences, and comfort level. There’s no judgment here—just support and progress at your pace.

We offer group classes for all kinds of clients, including:
All-women strength training
Teen lifting programs
Mom & baby classes
Mixed-level fitness groups
If you’re new to STRONGMOM Coaching, we may recommend 1–3 private sessions before jumping into a group to ensure you’re supported and confident. If you don’t see a time that works, or you have a group of friends who want to train together, contact us—we’d love to create something custom.
